I went to a professional development event this morning and we went through an exercise to determine our future professional goals and mission statement; this is what I created. Whatcha think? Mer

I will take action to improve my skills as an HR professional to improve processes and efficacy for recruiting and provide value to the staffing process for my client while using my innate client focus and keen perceptivity of human behavior in order to hire quality technical professionals. Eventually, I will successfully become a top independent recruiting professional in California and nationwide.
