Best. Artichoke. Dip. Eva!

Mer’s Artichoke Dip 


2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz cream cheese
3 spring onions, chopped
½ cup parmesean cheese
½ cup mozzerella cheese

Blend everything by hand and put in baking dish; top with a little extra mozzarella for extra scrumptiousness. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 and serve with warm pita bread. I put my pita bread in the toaster oven at 425 for about 4 minutes and it is SO delicious that way.

I'm definitely going to try this...Mom and I found a store-bought version at Sam's that is REALLY good. But I'd love a new homemade version. Thanks!!
