For those of you that don't know Sheridan, when I was at SMS.ac, I hired him from Google to come work for us as a recruiter, and promptly got myself fired with my big mouth. He has since left, too, and is back at Google. Thank God! He's an AWESOME recruiter, I've learned a lot from him, and he has also become a really cool pal.
